This policy explains how VivsMedia processes personal data, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Romanian Law 190/2018 and Law 506/2004.

2. What we process

This is a brochure website. We only process data when you contact us via the contact form or by email:

  • name;
  • email address;
  • company (optional);
  • the content of your message.

We do not create user accounts and we do not collect data through automatic tracking (see the Cookie Policy).

3. Purposes & legal basis

  • To respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement — basis: pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and/or our legitimate interest in communicating with interested parties (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for the duration of our relationship, then delete it (generally within 12 months of last contact), unless the law requires longer.

5. Recipients

We may share data with providers that help us run the site and communicate (web hosting, email service), strictly under data-processing agreements. We never sell or rent your data.

6. International transfers

If any provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR (Art. 15–22) you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction, objection, data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Exercise them by writing to vivianavasilescu415@yahoo.com.
